If you are going to use it right away, build for 1.5 and update it later for 1.6/1.7

How much effort it would take to upgrade to 1.6/1.7..will it be an easy transition or will it be like building a new app altogether?

If you've been using Anahita 1.5 API it should be fairly easy to migrate to 1.6. Once the 1.6 code is embryo we can help you upgrade your app. There are few places you need to make adjustment.
